Accountants Bishop Fleming have been ranked 49th in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2016, after being awarded a coveted Two Star status accreditation from the ‘Best Companies’ organisation.
The firm which has offices in Bath, Bristol, Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay, Truro, andWorcester, has 29 partners and 310 staff and this was the first time that the firm had entered the awards.
The Sunday Times rated Bishop Fleming as an “outstanding employer” and the firm was the highest ranked UK firm of accountants in the mid-sized business category.
The accreditation is based on employee feedback and acknowledges those employers that regard employee development as a key element of their success.

The listing comes on top of Bishop Fleming having already been Britain’s first accountancy firm to win an “Investors in People” accreditation, and an “outstanding” accreditation for “Investors in Customers”.
