Krowdthink Ltd has teamed with ORG (Open Rights Group) to bring to the attention of citizens and consumers the location tracking activities of mobile providers and public Wi-Fi companies.

Their #optmeoutoflocation campaign kicked off this month with a lead story in The Guardian ( http://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/apr/04/mobile-phone-users-movements-are-tracked-and-sold-for-profit#comment-71820836 ) and a campaign website www.optmeoutoflocation.com which tells the whole story through two detailed pieces of research.

You might think having a dumb mobile or turning off location services on your smartphone protects you from location tracking…think again!

If having all your movements tracked concerns you – sign up to the petition and opt out of this location tracking, which you opted into when you bought your phone.
