Detailed designs of Exeter's new bus station will go on display to the public next week.
People will be able to see the latest designs at an exhibition at Exeter Guildhall on Tuesday 14 June, from 8am until 8pm.
Around 650 attended the last exhibition to have their say on plans for a brand new bus station.
“We've sifted through all the feedback and listened to everyone's comments,” said Cllr Phil Bialyk, Lead Councillor for Sport and Health & Wellbeing.
“A lot of the feedback has been incorporated into these latest designs and we're having discussions with potential operators of the new bus station and providers of long distance coach services,” he added.
Many of the facilities and features asked for by members of the public at the last exhibition have been added into the design. These include:
* A covered waiting and boarding area
* Departure information screens
* Seating and wheelchair spaces
* A staffed information counter
* Same bus usually going from the same stand
* Audible information announcements
* CCTV
* Car/taxi drop off point
* Refreshments kiosk
* Cycle parking
* Free wi-fi
“We're keen for as many people as possible to have a look at these new detailed designs,” added Cllr Bialyk.
People are now invited to attend next week's exhibition and see the latest designs for themselves.
