Amarisk’s Autumn training sessions are back by popular demand this October, and we're focussing on 5 key strategic priorities that our clients have told us are of critical importance. Read more.

Short summary:

In whatever role we are talking to an organisation – be it strategic coaching or dealing with HR issues – in the end the conversation comes back to leadership and usually how to create capacity in the level just below the owners/directors.

Amarisk is offering the following series of open courses during the Autumn of 2016. You can mix and match the aspects that interest you or sign up for all six days. (Note that Team Leader ACL is a two-day course over two weeks). We have sought to combine training on the functions of leadership – what you actually have to do – with skills and knowledge such as Employment Essentials, Recruitment and Selection and Health & Safety. The training is being staged at the prestigious Land Rover Experience centre in Awliscombe, Honiton, Devon.

(A) October 4                            Team Leader ACL Day 1

(A) October 13                          Team Leader ACL Day 2

(B) October 18                          Strategic ACL

(C) November 1                       Employment Essentials

(D) November 8                       Recruitment & Selection

(E) November 15                    An introduction to Health & Safety

Action Centred Leadership (ACL) focuses on the functions of a leader and is based on the work of Professor John Adair who is one of the most highly regarded leadership scholars Britain has produced. John Adair’s work has been the basis for training leaders in Britain’s Armed Forces for over 50 years.  Trevor Vanstone of Amarisk is an accredited trainer at Team, Operational and Strategic levels through Adair International, in addition to being an ACL Coach, and has delivered Action-Centred Leadership on many occasions.
