Colouring, coffee and conversation will be on offer at Tiverton Library, as the local community and thousands of others across the UK take part in The Big Draw, the world’s biggest celebration of drawing.

Every Tuesday, between 2pm and 4pm, Tiverton Library are inviting adults with an interest in drawing to attend a new group called ‘Colouring, Coffee and Conversation’. Inspired by The Big Draw Festival, the new group will encourage adults to ‘go back to the drawing board’ and find a moment of calm in a relaxed and informal environment.

Running annually for the month of October, The Big Draw Festival is a global initiative that aims to celebrate the universal language of drawing and the many benefits drawing can have on our lives. The 2016 festival theme is STEAM powered, which recalls our industrial past by bringing together Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths
