Due to growth in the business we are looking to expand our team and are seeking to appoint a new role of Operations Manager.

The Role:

We are seeking a polite, professional and well-organised individual that can operate at a senior level within organisations. You must be a good communicator and able to manage client relationships; be an active listener with strong critical reasoning skills to enable you to identify challenges and opportunities for our members. You will enjoy having a high degree of autonomy and are likely to be someone that enjoys meeting people and making things happen. The post holder must be able to travel (own car) throughout Devon and Cornwall.

This role has plenty of variety: 
ï‚· Managing a portfolio of clients (members), developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships

ï‚· Engaging in specific campaigns and project development and delivery (supported by the DCBC team)

ï‚· Delivering presentations and representing the company at events ï‚· Attending meetings with clients

ï‚· Providing regular updates and communications both internally and externally

ï‚· Using existing and new contacts to generate new business opportunities for both DCBC and our members, sponsors and partners 

Skills (essential): 
ï‚· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

ï‚· Strong presentation and negotiation skills

ï‚· Confidence and a persuasive manner

ï‚· Tight organisational and time management skills

ï‚· Project management

ï‚· Client relationship management

ï‚· Great business sense and the ability to work to budgets and deadlines
