On Wednesday evening the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (the ASAP) held their annual GALA dinner and awards event at the museum of London.
SITU, a serviced apartment provider based in Exeter in the South West of the UK took the award for strategic marketing and received a highly commended for the SME business of the year award.
SITU has undergone a complete rebranding over the last year in parallel with honing the company’s strategic plans. The company collaborated with branding experts AB-UK, while web design specialists, Sound in Theory brought it to life on the new website. The project was managed by marketing consultant Susie Hudson.
The winning comments for SITU’s submission from the ASAP judging panel were:
“Polished strategic marketing; a highly professional and brave rebranding programme displayed a high level of in-depth analysis, importantly addressing client facing consumer needs, rolled out across a mix of communication channels. Market intel is core to the exciting programme informing culture, commercial innovation, success and ownership of responsibility.”

Speaking after the presentation, James Foice, Chief Executive of the ASAP said:
