Clear Property is ten years into business. With a reputable and well respected reputation. We are looking to recruit either an experienced;
Branch manager or Sales Manager. They will be a dynamic and results focussed individual, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Our team is what makes us strong, we want the right person to join and be part of this.
To run the branch on a day to day basis, recruiting, supervising, coaching and motivating both the sales and lettings team. Setting goals, inspiring and driving the team to achieving them.
Ultimately the business thrives on new business generation, we are looking for someone already with a proven record, and ideally local knowledge with the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities.
Duties include all aspects of property sales, valuing and listing properties, arranging viewings, valuation and mortgage appointments, negotiating sales and progressing them through to completion.
If you are looking for career progression with a view to becoming a Partner/Associate and have at least 5 years’ experience in a Senior Sales Negotiator position, this is the opportunity that you don’t want to miss.
Salary and benefits negotiable for the right candidate. Basic salary to start from 22k, plus commission, parking and excellent holiday.
