Monkey’s Paw Consultancy are proud to announce the results of their client surveys for 2016. Every client we work with receives a customer satisfaction survey that covers the elements of the training they have received and how they are using it once the course has been completed.
All clients have the opportunity (and are encouraged) to be as frank and honest as they can whether the responses are positive or negative.
Believing that ‘you either win or you learn’, any negative comments are most welcome as it shows us specifically how we should be improving our service and evolving our business to better serve our clients.

Monkey’s Paw Sales Training results were received as follows:
Rated as Excellent – A very gratifying 46.15%
Rated as Very Good – An equally gratifying 38.46%
Rated as Good – A gratefully received 7.69%
Rated as Fair – An honest 7.69%
Rated as Poor – 0%.
In summary – 84.61% of our clients in 2016 rated our training as ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’.
We would like to thank all of our clients for taking the time to complete our surveys and for being so honest, frank and helpful with their reviews.
Be assured that when we achieve our 2017 target of 90% of Excellent/Very Good, it will be because of the time you took to steer us to deliver an even better service for our clients. Thank you.
