Ashfords LLP and the IFB join forces to host a roundtable on attracting talent to a Family Business

National law firm Ashfords LLP and the Institute for Family Business (IFB) are hosting a joint roundtable event aimed at family businesses, taking place on Tuesday 9 May 2017.


The roundtable discussion will focus on the topic of Attracting Talent to a Family Business, and the event will bring together family business owners to explore and discuss the challenges of attracting talent in the South West.


Stuart Mathews, Partner at Ashfords LLP, commented: “We are delighted to team up with the IFB to discuss this important topic with Family Businesses. It will be really interesting to hear the views of local Family Business Owners on how they attract talent within the South West, the benefits and challenges of bringing in new blood, and how this has an impact on the growth of their businesses.
