Following the success of World Mental Health Day with its theme of supporting good mental health at work, workways are delighted to be able to offer two workshops focussing on mental wellbeing in the workplace.

The first, Being a Mindful Manager, looks at what we actually mean by mental health; its impact on the workplace; having conversations with staff; being with someone in distress and the roles and responsibilities of managers, HR, OH and staff.  Improved awareness and confidence in the area of mental wellbeing can help to reduce costs associated with absenteeism and presenteeism so encourage your managers to book now.

They can also reflect on techniques for maintaining their own mental wellbeing by attending the afternoon’s Keeping Well at Work workshop.
