“All of the councils in Devon and Somerset, along with the Local Enterprise Partnership, the two National Park Authorities and the three Clinical Commissioning Groups, are working in partnership…

Earlier in the year we set out the challenges facing the Heart of the South West and sought views on how these could be addressed. We have now taken that evidence base, considered the views provided and published a draft Productivity Strategy. The results from the consultation will be considered by the Joint Committee of the Leaders of the Heart of the South West before a final Productivity Strategy is agreed in 2018. The consultation closes on 30 November 2017.”

20th November (pm) Devon: LEP Conversations in conjunction with Devon Chamber of Commerce & the Growth Hub

22nd November (pm) Somerset: LEP Conversations in conjunction with our local FSB & the Growth Hub

“We hope that you can join us for one of these workshops about the proposed Productivity Strategy for our area – Devon, Plymouth, Somerset & Torbay.  Please note that places are limited and booking is on a first come first served basis.  We apologise for the short notice of these events, as the deadline for feedback is by 30th November.”

The Strategy (draft) is here, as is the link to the online survey

In addition to the two events that the LEP are running, Local Authorities are also holding engagement events.
