New Charity Partnership to Benefit the County’s Youth

A new partnership between Neligan Financial Ltd and the Devon charity Space* is to provide opportunities for the county’s disadvantaged and ‘at risk’ youth population.

The charity won a close Twitter poll hosted by Neligan Financial having been shortlisted from a long list of local charities nominated by other Twitter uses.

The organisation, which works closely with the police, care services and health organisations, gives the county’s young a chance to fulfil their potential rather succumb to the risks common for young people today.

Offering space to grow, connect and inspire each other provides disadvantaged children across Devon essential support and opportunities thereby ensuring more children can make the right life decisions during vulnerable times.

Andrew Neligan, owner of Neligan Financial, an East Devon financial planning practice said:

“The vision for the company is to help clients live their ideal lifestyle and having grown up in Exeter we wanted to support a charity that helps children who don’t get the opportunities that their peers may do. We very much look forward to supporting Space* as they change the lives of Devon’s disadvantaged children.

We would like to thank everyone who supported the Twitter poll and offer our commiserations to the other shortlisted charities, all of whom do essential work within Devon.”

Dan Barton, Communications and Partnerships Lead at Space* said:

“As a new charity it is important that we have a local profile so we can continue to provide the life changing work we do. We are honoured to be Neligan Financial’s charity partner, particularly as they are the first corporate partner to approach us since establishing as a charity.

We are excited for the opportunity that this partnership will provide and look forward to working with Neligan Financial.”
