A leading Exeter estate agent has made a move of its own into new Exeter city centre premises to house its growing team.
Previously located in Southernhay West, the company – which specialises in property sales and lettings in Exeter, East Devon and Teignbridge – have become the first tenants at the prestigious number 1 Barnfield Crescent address.
East of Exe was founded in 2010 by Ian Garcia and Chris Taylor, with its first office in Topsham. The firm has enjoyed steady growth over the past eight years, opening its city centre branch in 2013 and its sister agency, West of Exe, in Exminster in 2017.
In its new location, East of Exe will run a hot-desking workspace for both sales and lettings teams across the company. With a dedicated receptionist and newly-refurbished meeting rooms, the company’s new ‘des res’ will allow the team to offer a more flexible service for sales and lettings to customers in a prime, city centre location.
The bright and spacious offices will also provide private meeting space for customers to discuss their property needs with the agents.
