Holidays are coming to Exeter once again this year, when the iconic Coca-Cola Truck arrives in Princesshay on Saturday 10th November at 12pm. Bedford Street will play host to the famous red lorry for the entire weekend for fans to get the ultimate seasonal selfie in front of the illuminated vehicle.

The 6.5m-long 13 tonne truck is illuminated by 8,772 fairy lights and marks the countdown to Christmas for many people.

Each year the Coca-Cola truck visits more than 40 locations across the UK. New for 2018, the queue will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland edged with snow, fir trees, classic red lamp posts and twinkling lights. Visitors will also get the chance to pick up a complimentary can of the iconic drink along the way.

The arrival of the famous red wagon has previously prompted huge crowds in Exeter, and this year will be no exception. Hannah Overton, Marketing Manager for Princesshay said, “So many people associate the Coca-Cola Truck with the arrival of Christmas, so we are very excited to be hosting it for another year. It’s going to be a really festive experience for all and will mark the start of a whole host of Christmas events in Princesshay this year!”
