A suite at one of the most modern office buildings on Exeter’s Pynes Hill office campus has been let.
The vacant suite, on the ground floor of Rosemoor Court, offers 1,988 square feet of open-plan office accommodation with air conditioning, raised floors and LED lighting. The new tenant, Horizon Care Agency, joins JLT, who are the tenant of the remainder of the building. Horizon took the suite as part of their continuing expansion, and they will retain their current premises in another building on the estate.
The suite was let off a quoting rent of £14.75 per square foot, which includes 8 parking spaces.
Jonathan Ling, office agent at Stratton Creber Commercial, comments: “We enter 2019 with office availability levels in Exeter lower than at any time for a decade or more. The few offices which are being marketed on the Business Parks are insufficient to provide for needs of a thriving and expanding city. Rising rents over the last 12 months will, however, serve to make new-build options more viable and we expect to see developments starting this year.”
