  • Our body and brain are fine-tuned machines
  • Mood and food are deeply intertwined
  • Hormones at work – cause and effect
  • Watch out for first signs
  • Timing is crucial: prepare for stress
  • Coffee and muffin? Rather not!

  • Breakfast, lunch, dinner – a day of eating well
  • Eat, drink, think, walk

Tickets are £20 per person, to include breakfast, and can be booked by visiting www.exeterpanetwork.com/events.  You do not have to be a Network member to attend.

Carola’s work is based on latest nutrition science, tried and tested, no guess work required. Lifestyle changes will be supported by taking a bespoke and considered approach which extends far beyond willpower and contributes to a 96% success rate amongst clients in achieving their goals.

She works with corporates to get nutrition back on the agenda of workplace wellbeing, stress reduction and staff engagement. Alongside her corporate work, Carola also advises privately; designing personalised online plans to help her clients achieve their wellbeing goals, lose weight and live healthier and more active lives.

Last but not least she works with restaurants on healthier meals and hosts healthy dinner parties at the Five Bells Restaurant.
