An office building in central Exeter has landed two new tenants in the same week.
Brittany House is an office block on five floors situated on New North Road, to the rear of Boots and Waterstones in the High Street. Occupiers in the building include Specsavers and Working Links.
The University and College Union have taken a first floor suite of 2,934 square feet in a move from a period building elsewhere in the city, while InfoMentor have taken a second floor suite of 2,677 square feet, also moving from a period building in the city centre. Both tenants are currently fitting out the open-plan office suites to suit their requirements.
A suite of 1,100 square feet remains available at Brittany House at a quoting rent of £14,350 per annum. The suite is offered with partitioning forming three private offices and a staff room, but can be reinstated to a more open-plan layout. The building offers a lift to all floors, a manned reception and underground car parking.
