Commercial Property Consultants, Vickery Holman, have landed a double success with their recent deal for a former Barclays Bank. The prominent building has stood empty for over a year but has now been sold to create a Buddhist Centre in the heart of Mutley Plain, Plymouth. Planning permission has been granted for a meditation centre and accommodation for visiting monks. The deal has also been recognised by the SW Insider Property Awards who have shortlisted Vickery Holman as finalists in the Commercial Property Deal of the Year. ‘The Awards are highly regarded in the South West and we’re thrilled to be finalists. Looking forward to the Award event in Bristol in October!’ commented Anna Simpson of Vickery Holman. ‘Since we now have offices in Truro, Exeter, Plymouth and Bristol, we are very much open for business across the South West.’
