All too often when faced with a need to change organisation structures, leaders dive straight into drawing organisation charts and considering head count. Whilst these matters are usually of importance this approach can often lead to unnecessary conflict and stress. This seminar enables leaders to step back and consider their strategy and how best to fit the organisation design to the strategy before developing headcount and drawing organisation charts. Delegates will come away with clarity on key high-level organisation changes needed to deliver their business strategy and immediate steps to put them into practice.

What is Digital Transformation?
Taking your business along for the journey. A look at what Digital Transformation really means. It’s more than digital marketing! Digital Transformation operates at all levels of an organisation, and is as much about people and process as it is about the adoption of new technology. For successful digital transformation, we need to think about leadership, culture, skills, training and informed investment. Your whole business model may change. Are you prepared? 

**IMPORTANT**
To be eligible for this programme of support for businesses you should be an SME the definition of which is that you have fewer than 250 employees and either a turnover not exceeding €50M (£36.5M) or an annual balance sheet total not exceeding €43M (£31.4M). The definition of an SME is important for access to finance to fully fund this EU support programme.

The value of the EPIC sessions is £500 per day.

As proof of trade for our funders we will require:

If you are a Limited Company, or a CIC, you will be asked for your company number.

When you book on to the session we will e-mail you a simple form for you to fill out and bring with you that will include this information. If you require it one of the EPIC business advisors will be on hand at the session to help you.
