The Optix Solutions Family are delighted to announce the addition of two new team members this month, Callum Searle and Harry Martin.
Callum has joined us as an Apprentice Software Developer and is studying for his Level 4 qualification at Exeter College. Callum said “I’ve only been working at Optix Solutions for about a month, and I already feel like part of the team. Everyone I’ve worked with has been extremely welcoming to me, and I feel like I can easily ask for help if I need it. I’ve been working under experienced developers and learning proper methodology and problem-solving skills from them, and have had plenty of opportunities to get hands on experience and tackle problems and tasks on my own. I’m immensely looking forward to my full apprenticeship at Optix, and what it may bring.”
Harry has joined us as an Apprentice Digital Marketing Executive and is studying for his Level 3 qualification, also at Exeter College. Harry said “I am honoured to have been granted the opportunity to work at such a fantastic company. I’ve always had a passion for digital marketing and to be surrounded by so many talented people in such a diverse team, is an excellent way to start a career in a thriving industry and one that I certainly won’t take for granted.”
Operations Director, Rob Stevens said “I’m thrilled to be able to offer these opportunities to Callum and Harry, they both thoroughly deserve their chance to shine! I’ve been really impressed with their attitudes and commitment to living our values and look forward to seeing them develop their skills with us.”
