The former “AMS Physio” premises on the corner of West Street, fronting one of the main arterial roads leading into Exeter’s city centre has been sold with vacant possession by Exeter’s’ leading commercial property agents Stratton Creber Commercial.
Once Instructed to sell, a deal was agreed within one week to an investor, who in turn instructed Stratton Creber Commercial to find a tenant. An occupier was secured within days to take over the property simultaneously on the day the sale completed.
