Buying local and supporting local helps our Devon communities, businesses and the environment.
That’s why as part of the Devon Economy Recovery Group work, the Economy, Enterprise & Skills Service has launched an exciting new scheme – Made in Devon.
This initiative aims to support Devon businesses to ride the wave of new buying habits that emerged in 2020, and to create a step-change in the way the public views and buys local products.
Made in Devon members will be part of a major marketing campaign and get a stamp of approval that confirms they’re local, legal and honest. They’ll also get access to Trading Standards expertise and business support that will help them build resilience, adapt and grow in these unprecedented times.
The first 50 businesses who qualify get their first year of membership for free so if you are, or know of, a local grower, producer or supplier who wants to stand out from the crowd visit www.madeindevon.org.uk now.
Made in Devon is part of the Trading Standard’s Buy With Confidence scheme.
