Unit 4, Bridford Road is a unit of 4,400 sq ft in a prominent location on the Marsh Barton estate, close to Majestic Wine and Market Carpets. It is suited to trade showroom uses, having ample parking to the front, good loading access and a glazed frontage leading to a showroom. Formerly used for the sale and distribution of snowboarding equipment and skiwear, it will now be fitted out by a local tile showroom.
Jonathan Ling of Stratton Creber Commercial, who marketed the unit, comments: “Such is the strength of the industrial market, notably for well-situated units suitable for showroom use, that this letting in the first week of marketing is now more the rule than the exception. It follows on from the letting of a unit at Knowle Units, Matford Park last month which also resulted from the first viewing.”
