OFFICE SALE AT GROWING BUSINESS PARK

The sale of an office building at a growing Business Park outside Exeter has completed.

Yeo Business Park, near Clyst St Mary on the eastern edge of Exeter, is an emerging office location with ten existing office units and planning consent for a further seven units. The estate is in a semi-rural location close to the Hill Barton Business Park, just off the A3052 in East Devon, and occupiers include GJR Architects, financial advisors Sandle Nash and IT firm Grapevine Connect.

A detached unit of 1,983 square feet, with parking for around ten cars, has been sold to a local provider of domiciliary care services. Further developments are planned on the estate in the course of this year, with development of the next seven units underway. Those units are available to buy, starting at £205,000 for a two-storey unit of 1,238 square feet.

Jonathan Ling of Stratton Creber Commercial, who front the marketing of Yeo Business Park, comments: “The next phase of office units at Yeo Business Park offers a rare opportunity to buy an office in a quiet out-of-town business park location, and in addition to a range of unit sizes, we are able to offer internal layouts and designs to suit purchasers’ requirements.”
