Local businesses; IT experts Bluegrass Group, Award winning Brewery Hanlons and burger extraordinaire the Beer Factory and Kitchen have teamed up to mark Stress Awareness Month and want to celebrate the SME heroes of the South West.
David Thomas, Joint Managing Director of Bluegrass Group comments ‘We’ve just passed the two year anniversary of the start of the pandemic and as April is Stress Awareness Month, all three businesses wanted to do something which recognised the amazing efforts which South West business owners, directors and managers have shown over these last two tough years. Our social media campaign is simple, we want people to nominate an SME Hero who has demonstrated great compassion, resilience and strength over the last two years and one lucky winner will receive a meal for two at the Beer Factory and Kitchen. The winner’s nominator will also receive a prize for nominating; a case of Hanlons Brewery award winning beer!.’
‘The campaign is running until the end of April, so there isn’t long but we would urge as many people to nominate their hero as possible. Although there may be only one prize, we will be giving a big shout out to all nominated business owners at the end of the month to ensure everyone gets recognised and celebrated’ Adds Sam Taylor, Director, Beer Factory and Kitchen.
To nominate your chosen South West SME Hero, follow their social media channels and tag your hero in the comments of their campaign post.
The winner will be announced at the end of April. Good luck to all those nominated.
