South West based Venture Studio opens applications to new startup accelerator programme

New Future Ventures has today 29th November 2022 opened applications for their
new startup accelerator programme based out of Winslade Park in Exeter. The 90-day
programme is designed for pre-seed digitally enabled platform businesses. With only
10 firms being accepted onto the programme in the first quarter of 2023.

With access to industry leading experts and £15k investment on acceptance, the programme
offers intensive, hands-on learning for founders to maximise the probability of startup
success.

By the end of the programme, founders will have a fully-fledged product prototype, product
scope, business plan, pitch deck and the opportunity to pitch to seasoned investors. Those
that show traction and desire to succeed will be fast tracked into the next stage of funding
and a follow on programme.

CEO of New Future Ventures, James Moffat says “Current figures state that only one in five
startups that get pre seed funding make it to Series A funding. New Future Ventures are
committed to doubling this success rate by offering intensive support and access to
unrivalled expertise.”

New Future Ventures is positioning itself to lead Devon and the South West into a new era of
venture capital opportunities and a new hub for founders to develop.

James Moffat continued, “Devon and the South West are critically under ventured. We have
one of the highest concentrations of private investors in the country but investment tends to
be deployed outside of the region. This is what we want to change, by building new, highly
scaleable opportunities, born out of the South West to attract investors to look closer to
home.”

New Future Ventures are partnering with local, national and international businesses.
Bringing together a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, sector experts and industry leaders.
Selected to support founders through all of the stages needed to build a successful
software-based startup. Offering a unique combination of tools and assets that would
normally be far beyond the finances and resources of a startup.

Andrew Davies, Paddle CMO, said, “We are pleased to partner with such a great initiative.
Paddle is committed to supporting UK SaaS startups to grow and reach international
markets. As such we will be offering zero fees on the first $100,000 USD of transactions to
New Future Ventures startups.”

Sarah Knight, Co-founder and Director of Tribus, has said “Partnering with New Future
Ventures is an exciting prospect for Tribus. We are passionate about business growth.

Working closely with leaders in business to make sure they have all the foundations in place
to thrive and grow. Using our expertise in strategy, talent and development we will support
startups and scaleups in understanding what is needed to succeed.”

With applications now open, 10 successful founders will begin the first programme ‘Blueprint’
in January 2023. For more information and how to apply please visit
