Hoburne Devon Bay wins Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award for customer service

A local holiday park has achieved an outstanding feat winning a Gold Trusted Service Award from the customer service review platform, Feefo.

Hoburne Devon Bay in Paignton was awarded Feefo’s Gold Trusted Service Award in recognition of online reviews from holidaymakers recognising its excellence in customer service.

Feefo established the Awards in 2014 to recognise brands that truly reflect a business’s dedication to providing outstanding customer service by analysing feedback from real customers.

The Gold Trusted Service Award is given to those businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.

General manager of Hoburne Devon Bay, Gary Cook, said: “This accolade is based purely on verified and genuine customer reviews, and therefore a true reflection of our commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our holidaymakers.”
