Tender Victory launches Bid Strategy Coaching as a new service

All of Tender Victory’s services have been designed to help SMEs win contracts with the public sector. Our new service, Bid Strategy Coaching, uses coaching techniques to help businesses define a bidding strategy that will focus their tendering activities and markedly increase their win rates.

Our experience working with SMEs informs us that a number of businesses have no formal approach to selecting their bids and so don’t have an understanding of what criteria defines a strong opportunity for their organisation. We have therefore developed this service to help businesses maximise the opportunities that land in their inboxes this year and ensure they use their limited time and resources effectively.

This coaching service is delivered by Claire Meredith, one of Tender Victory’s highly experienced lead writers. Claire has an excellent track record in both coaching and also bid writing and bid management, providing her with the perfect blend of skills to deliver this new service.
